Description:

A growing organization based in Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a motivated Junior Operations Executive to support its daily business operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and can effectively coordinate across multiple departments, including purchasing, production, logistics, warehouse, and accounts.

The successful candidate will assist with operational documentation, inventory coordination, ERP data management, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, chemicals, trading, or distribution environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ERP data entry and maintain accurate operational records.

• Prepare purchase orders, obtain supplier quotations, and follow up with vendors.

• Manage inventory records, material receipts, and stock documentation.

• Coordinate production activities and monitor raw material availability.

• Support logistics, delivery scheduling, and warehouse operations.

• Prepare delivery notes, goods receipt records, and related operational documents.

• Assist with basic reporting, filing, and bookkeeping activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or administration.

• Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Basic understanding of purchase orders, invoices, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.

• Good spoken and written English skills are essential.

• Hindi-speaking ability is required or preferred.

• Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, trading, industrial, FMCG, or distribution sector is an advantage.

• Willingness to work at Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah.

Strong knowledge of:

   • ERP systems and operational documentation

   • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

   • Purchase orders, inventory management, warehouse, and logistics operations
