This role focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial earnings information by monitoring investor relations sources and internal systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor a dedicated email inbox and investor relations (IR) websites.
• Maintain and update earnings information for multiple issuers across coverage universes.
• Ensure financial documents and data are accurate, current, and properly organized.
• Generate weekly schedules for upcoming earnings releases for the analyst team.
• Support improvements to internal processes using Excel and proprietary systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior and lead analysts.
