Description:
A company based in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources professional to manage and oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative HR operations effectively.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations in line with UAE regulations while supporting both employees and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Prepare employment contracts in accordance with UAE legal requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and renewals with PRO.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance evaluations and employee development programs.
• Advise management on HR matters and legal compliance issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Familiarity with visa processing and labor procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
