Hiring HR Manager
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for overall point of contact for all human resources functions in our Dubai Corporate Office.
The role will be responsible for enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key accountabilities includes providing HR Leadership, facilitating organizational design, managing talent acquisition, on-boarding new employees, facilitating capability development, driving employee engagement, facilitating performance management process, facilitating the reward process, enforcing compliance adherence and overseeing employee services responsibilities.
The role will require close interaction with colleagues in Corporate HR, Line Managers, the wider global business as well as our external partners and government authorities.
This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
