Description:
A growing construction materials company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and business planning, along with relevant UAE industry experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions. This position requires strong leadership skills, advanced financial knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall finance and accounting operations for the organization.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
• Lead financial analysis and provide recommendations for business growth.
• Manage accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee ERP systems, financial automation initiatives, and reporting improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead and manage finance teams while ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to improve financial insights.
Requirements:
• CA / ACCA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction Materials industry.
• UAE finance and accounting experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial automation, and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, accounting operations, and business planning.
• UAE tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• ERP systems, automation tools, and financial data analysis.
