Description:
A leading Steel Manufacturing Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Accounts Manager to lead its Finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with a strong manufacturing background to take on a strategic leadership role within a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, strengthening financial controls, supporting business growth, and driving performance across manufacturing finance. Applicants with proven leadership skills and industry-specific expertise are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the overall Finance and Accounts function.
• Oversee manufacturing finance, costing, budgeting, treasury, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and review MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and compliance processes.
• Partner with business leadership to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise finance teams while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Age between 40 and 48 years.
• Extensive experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry, particularly in Furnace Operations and Hot Rolling Mills.
• Proven leadership experience in finance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Manufacturing Finance and Cost Accounting
• Budgeting, MIS Reporting, and Treasury Management
• Financial Controls, Business Partnering, and ERP Systems
