MenaLead is seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a developer who can independently manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.
The successful candidate should possess strong technical expertise in modern web technologies, database management, API integration, and website optimization. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications across front-end and back-end platforms.
• Build responsive, cross-browser compatible websites with modern development practices.
• Integrate APIs and manage databases to ensure reliable application performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Optimize website performance, security, and overall system health.
• Manage deployments, staging environments, backups, and application monitoring.
• Maintain source code using Git and version control best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and development workflows.
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development and API integration.
• Good knowledge of database management and website performance optimization.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, debugging, and website maintenance.
• Understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience using Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with deployment processes, staging environments, backups, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of technical SEO and website health best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
