This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in tender management, project cost analysis, and construction estimation within the UAE market.
The selected candidate will play a key role in evaluating complex project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimations, and leading estimation processes for high-value construction tenders. This position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of construction industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation and submission of cost estimates for construction tenders.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements for accurate costing.
• Manage and guide the estimation team in daily activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitiveness and accuracy.
