The Document Processor plays a vital role in supporting student enrollment by ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected, reviewed, and processed. This position involves high-volume communication and coordination with students, guardians, and internal teams to maintain efficient enrollment workflows and timely application completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct approximately 100 inbound and outbound calls daily to request and verify enrollment documents
• Collect, track, and process required documentation for student enrollment applications
• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and enrollment teams via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and student information systems
• Monitor multiple student applications simultaneously and follow up on missing documents
• Perform daily data entry, document updates, and record management tasks
• Support reporting and tracking of enrollment pipelines through data analysis
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations
• Identify and support improvements in document processing workflows
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Counselors and Site Directors to ensure smooth processing
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in document processing, records management, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone-based communication (approx. 100 calls per day)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred
• Experience with CRM or student information systems is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
