The role is focused on handling clerical and data verification tasks, ensuring accuracy in medical billing records, and supporting internal teams with efficient data processing. Key Responsibilities:
• Validate incoming data within the bill review system
• Perform data entry and verify accuracy of medical billing information
• Prep, scan, and process incoming medical bills and documents
• Apply customer-specific rules and procedures to data processing tasks
• Communicate with supervisors regarding workload and queue status
• Assist with clerical and administrative support for the bill review department
