We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at SNM Corporate Services Providers LLC, a leading consulting company in Dubai. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients while ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate accounting matters, leveraging your strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, coordinating efforts and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate accounting to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss their financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic solutions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive reports to clients, showcasing their financial status and recommending strategies for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience working in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
