An exciting opportunity is available for a creative and highly organized Content & Social Media Manager to support a growing personal brand focused on financial awareness and education. This role is designed for professionals who can transform ideas, voice notes, and insights into engaging content that informs, educates, and inspires audiences across multiple digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X while ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of audience engagement, content planning, and platform-specific best practices.
Working remotely from Dubai, the role also includes occasional participation in meetings, content shoots, and events. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building impactful digital content and contributing to the growth of a respected personal brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms
• Transform raw ideas into content concepts, scripts, captions, hooks, and publishing plans
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content for platform-specific performance
• Manage YouTube channel activities including uploads, thumbnails, descriptions, metadata, and basic SEO
• Track content performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Assist with content creation during meetings, events, and production shoots
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and audience engagement
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in content management, social media marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with personal brands, executives, creators, or public figures
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and audience-friendly content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and feedback-driven environment
• Experience in finance, business, or educational content preferred
• Basic video editing skills are an advantage
