We Are Hiring – Walk-In Interview!
JJR Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager for immediate joining. The ideal candidate must hold a Construction License, a valid UAE Driving License, and have 9–10 years of experience in the Dubai construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Provide leadership and technical support to the site team.
Requirements:
- 9 to 10 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in Dubai.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Construction License required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
