Description:

Dexcom is seeking an Associate Customer Insights Manager to support business strategy through customer research, data analysis, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will support U.S. and global market research initiatives, develop customer insights, analyze research data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, research expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research projects from planning through execution.

• Define research objectives, develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and research methodologies.

• Analyze research data and create reports with actionable business recommendations.

• Support projects including concept testing, messaging evaluation, brand tracking, market assessment, and brand equity studies.

• Manage research vendors, fieldwork activities, project documentation, and administrative processes.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external research partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop clear data-driven presentations and communicate insights to business leaders.

• Analyze syndicated and secondary research data to identify market trends and opportunities.

• Apply AI-enabled tools and machine learning-supported approaches to analyze customer feedback, social listening data, app reviews, and marketplace insights.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience executing qualitative and quantitative market research projects.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare technology, or consumer packaged goods industries preferred.

• Strong understanding of customer insights, research methodologies, and brand strategy.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of quantitative analysis and advanced research methods.

• Experience with research techniques such as conjoint analysis, discrete choice modeling, price elasticity, and segmentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
