The selected candidate will work closely with the payroll department to ensure timely processing of reports, documentation, and financial support tasks while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, organize, and scan payroll-related documents for proper recordkeeping.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and ensure proper handling of payroll correspondence.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets and manage shared payroll email inboxes.
• Generate and distribute bi-weekly and monthly payroll reports accurately.
• Prepare BLS monthly and quarterly reports as required by the department.
• Process and distribute daily on-demand payments in accordance with company policies and SOX compliance standards.
• Compile supporting documentation for approvals and verify accuracy of payment totals.
• Provide FedEx tracking and shipping information when required.
• Support business continuity operations during emergencies or facility disruptions, including remote work if needed.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the payroll department.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or payroll support roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information responsibly.
• Basic understanding of business processes and administrative systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify process improvements is an advantage.
