Description:
Peak Consultancy is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting both company and client-side financial operations in compliance with UAE regulations.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in UAE financial practices, and the ability to manage multiple accounting functions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and perform account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities
• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements
• Process payroll and maintain employee financial records accurately
• Coordinate with internal auditors and support annual audit processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English and strong organizational abilities
