Health and Safety Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fully aware of all preparation of HSE tactics during execution of the project
• Monitor the safety performance of all in a safe manner and educate employees to take on and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipment they use and review various health and safety concerns specific to the work site and ensure construction to activities do not out non construction site, with up-to-date knowledge of and enforce 01165 legislation and codes of practice
• Conduct HSE trainings for senior and junior officials to ensure daily risk assessments are being conducted an per company policy, update safety polices and pertinent information on the company bulletin board
• Establishing inspection schedules for all tools, mayor equipment, lifting devices and mobile to ensure sale operating conditions and compliance with current regulations, Assist workers in obtaining modified duties and administer the return to work policy.
