Description:

Rons Facility Management, a well-established organization is seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced candidates for the position of FM coordinator who can join immediately.

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and update facility records, including maintenance logs and service contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Must be Diploma /Graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• With high levels of customer care skills, with an emphasis on instilling the same in the team.
• Provide admin/technical support to the Facilities team and management regarding ongoing performance of the properties.
• Preparation of quotes/tenders, review, recommendation
• Facility Management : 2 years (Preferred)
