The organization is currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the end-to-end processing of new business and renewal cases. This role plays a key part in managing client onboarding, carrier coordination, documentation accuracy, and ensuring smooth implementation of employee benefit plans. The position is fully remote and involves working closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation process for new and renewal group benefit cases from proposal stage to carrier finalization.
• Collect, review, and distribute insurance applications to clients and guide employers on completing required documentation.
• Ensure accurate submission of completed forms to carriers and maintain compliance with implementation procedures.
• Communicate final approvals, plan details, and carrier documentation such as welcome letters, rates, and plan designs to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including account data entry and documentation management.
• Track and document all client communication, including calls, emails, and case updates within CRM systems.
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and appointment coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure smooth case processing and timely responses.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality requirements and HIPAA regulations at all times.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of health insurance and employee benefits products is preferred.
• Experience in carrier, brokerage, or agency support roles is a plus.
