Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and experienced Fleet Coordinator with a strong background in Fleet Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles.
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
- Provide support to drivers and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
