Description:
Vacancy for Finance Manager
We are looking for strong, Self-Driven and highly motivated person for the position of Finance Manager with the post qualification experience of not less than 4 years out of which at least 2 years from Big-4 experience.
Preparation and review of MIS reports for banks and top management on regular basis.
Periodic review and validation of books of accounts.
Review of reconciliations of sales and cash flows.
Preparation, review and publishing monthly management reports.
Supervision of accounting team for posting of transactions, bank reconciliations, cheque preparation, documents preparation, sales and inter-company reconciliations.
Preparation of budgeted, actual cash flow and reporting to management on key updates.
Guiding team members for proper accounting of transactions on AR, AP, FA and General Ledger.
Preparation of financials as per IFRS.
Co-ordination with external auditors from engagement till release of Audit reports.
Coordination with legal team for any financial matters having legal implications.
Preparation and review of Finance department Policies and Procedures.
