WE ARE HIRING – Event Operations Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team immediately. The Event Operations Manager is responsible for delivering several events per year including conferences, exhibitions, and boardrooms. You will be executing the event operations from venue coordination, speakers’ logistics, and suppliers’ coordination. You will work closely with other departments to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled. You will ensure the events are logistically managed, well-organized, and cost-effective.
This role requires the ability to multi-task and take the lead when required and be able to work independently. The Event Operations Manager is organized, dedicated, and has an eye for detail. You will report directly to the Head of Operations.
