Job Opportunity in Dubai – ERP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ERP project delivery, including the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of clients’ ERP systems in the UAE and the Middle East region, ensuring stable operation.
• Provide ERP system training to clients and communicate with relevant departments to conduct requirements analysis, develop detailed solutions, and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Participate in ERP project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, user training, and go-live support.
• Provide technical consulting for the ERP system, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Prepare relevant project documentation and technical documents to ensure project completeness and standardization.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the management.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of ERP implementation experience, including at least two full-cycle (E2E) ERP project deliveries, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Odoo), with extensive experience in system configuration, debugging, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules; experience in HR (HRMS/HRIS) module implementation is a plus.
• Strong requirement analysis and solution design skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and clients.
• Familiarity with enterprise management processes and the ability to provide customized solutions based on business needs.
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering new ERP systems or features.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
