Looking for a female Customer Service Representative (bilingual French and English speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Looking for Female French living in Dubai and English as her second language
• Written and oral fluency in both the languages
• Able to work 20 hours per week (10 pm onwards UAE time)
• Able to work from home or our Dubai office
• Should have her own Visa
• Providing clients with necessary information on various products and services
• Resolving customer queries and complaints
• Processing customer requests, payment and refunds
• Maintaining a record of customer communication
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Making follow-up calls
• Responding to customer emails
• Calling clients to obtain and verify relevant information
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
• Must be very Organized, Trustworthy, and High Integrity
