Al Wathba National Insurance Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer in the Al Ain Satellite Office.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Insurance Related Degree is an added advantage).
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Role (Front Office and Call center).
• 2+ years in Motor insurance Sales / Claims experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory (Written and spoken).
• Able to handle complaints and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
