Customer Service & Delivery Assistant

Job functions:

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Coordinate with the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

Job requirements:

• Arabic Speaker
• Available in Dubai
• Junior Level (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
