The selected candidate will support a C-Suite executive by managing complex schedules, communications, meetings, travel arrangements, and strategic projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to a C-Suite executive, including calendar management, meetings, travel coordination, and communications.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle scheduling challenges, communication issues, and process improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and tools.
• Support executive priorities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior management.
• Strong knowledge of executive administrative processes and business operations.
