Mercure Hotel Suites & Apartments is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join its hospitality team in Barsha Heights, Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead and support the housekeeping team, and ensure the property consistently meets Accor’s international quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and perform room inspections.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train, mentor, motivate, and schedule housekeeping team members.
• Manage linen, housekeeping supplies, and inventory efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor service quality and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Support the achievement of Accor’s international quality and guest satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotels or premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
• Relevant housekeeping or hygiene certifications will be an advantage.
