Job Description:
Sunwest Global General Trading is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with bank inquiries, package details, and sales support via phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed information on pricing, and booking processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for up-to-date travel offers and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
