Description:
Tenna is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support contract lifecycle management across its growing customer base. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at managing high-volume contracts, renewals, and addendums while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support contract execution, maintain accurate records, validate pricing and terms, and improve contract processing workflows. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced technology environment.
The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in supporting revenue operations by ensuring contract quality, improving internal processes, and maintaining consistent standards as Tenna continues to scale its platform and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily contract lifecycle administration, including contracts, renewals, and addendums.
• Review contract documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company standards.
• Validate contract data, pricing structures, and agreement terms for consistency and accuracy.
• Identify contract discrepancies, risks, and non-standard terms while escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and internal teams to resolve contract errors and missing information.
• Maintain organized contract records, documentation, and audit tracking across internal systems.
• Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce to support contract processing and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with contract workflows, approval processes, and signature requirements.
• Conduct contract audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreement terms.
• Support updates to customer pricing structures and contract records while ensuring proper documentation.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and processing speed.
• Manage multiple contracts and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in contract administration, deal desk, billing, or related roles within SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including contract, quote, or opportunity workflows.
• Strong understanding of contract processes, pricing structures, and data accuracy requirements.
• Experience reviewing contracts, addendums, or similar documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in contract terms, pricing, and data and take appropriate action.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying risks and inconsistencies.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in construction technology or working with construction industry customers is an advantage.
