Job Summary:
- We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee our accounting, financial reporting, and UAE compliance functions. This role requires a deep understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory filings, along with strong experience in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in accordance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.
- Handle Corporate Tax registrations, assessments, and timely tax return filings as per UAE tax law.
- Ensure compliance with ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
- Manage and process client invoicing, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits or regulatory reviews.
- Assist clients with accounting-related documentation required for business setup and bank account openings.
- Monitor and implement internal financial controls and budgeting processes.
- Maintain secure and organized digital financial records for both the company and client portfolios.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in the business setup or professional services industry).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and FTA regulations.
- Experience using accounting software like Tally (Mandatory), Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Up-to-date with UAE labor law and commercial company regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
