Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the field of MEP works. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and expand our market presence within the MEP sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the MEP industry.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients in the MEP sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and project plans.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s visibility and network with industry professionals.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus and 7-10 Years of Experience.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the MEP industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of MEP work, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
