Hiring Business Development Executives – Real Estate

Job Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new clients, investors, and partners to enhance the company’s real estate network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets in real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for property sales and leasing.

Requirement:

• Minimum 4-7years of experience in UAE with real estate companies is required.
• Proven experience in real estate business development, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex real estate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• A well-established network within the real estate industry, including connections with property owners, developers, and investors.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding real estate sales and revenue targets.
