Responsibilities Of The Bookkeeper Assistant
- For the first 9-12 months, the Assistant Bookkeeper will prepare annual reports, sales tax, 1099s, process payroll tax, franchise and excise tax exemptions, etc.
- Once promoted, the role will perform basic bookkeeping tasks for clients in QuickBooks, including data entry and reconciliation.
Preferred Qualifications For The Bookkeeper Assistant
- Basic bookkeeping experience preferred, not required.
- QuickBooks experience preferred, not required.
- Must have a friendly/ positive disposition.
- Must live in the Middle TN area.
