Join our team for the role of Assistant Manager Contracting. Below is the job description for better understanding of the role

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit important hotels in United Arab Emirates to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Negotiate and sign agreements with hotels, ensuring favorable terms for Royal Arabian Destination Management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance hotel availability and supply for destinations in UAE
• Promote Royal Arabian business model, aiming to increase the number of static and dynamic contracting agreements
• Take responsibility for area coverage, acting as the liaison person for hotels to address queries and concerns
• Inform hotels about allotment, availability and supply providing guidance and advice
• Conduct rate and competitor checks to stay competitive in the market
• Negotiate & contract with hotels regarding rates, special offers, seasons, allocations, release periods, overrides, terms & conditions and cancellation policies
• Participate In site inspections and prepare hotel assessment reports
• Analyze and study the product requirements for each market

Requirements:

• Years of experience – Min 3 to 7 years
• Location – Dubai
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Thorough understanding of hotel sales
