We are looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi.
Languages: Arabic & English language is a must
Job Purpose:
The Accounts Payable Analyst will support the Accounts Payable (AP) team in processing and managing invoices, payments, and financial documentation. This role ensures accuracy in financial transactions and contributes to the development of periodic financial statements in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting and processing accounting entries in line with company policies.
- Scan statements, ledgers, and accounts to identify unusual and overdue items.
- Support the preparation of Debit/Credit Memos for miscellaneous transactions, ensuring accurate deductions.
- Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Review expenses, payroll records, and update financial databases for accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline.
