What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong cash flow
- Engage in direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payments
- Prepare reports for the finance department, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts for executive review
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers and maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements for better receivables performance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to read and interpret contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience interfacing with various organizational levels
- Experience working in a global team and flexibility to participate in meetings across different time zones

- Familiarity with financial systems and data management
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related financial role
- Experience preparing presentations for executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively
