Position Overview

Role: Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by following accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Provide financial advice and support to management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in ZOHO and QuickBooks accounting software, MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
• Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
