Description:

Waitress position for casual Japanese restaurant in Dubai Internet city.

Minimum one year of experience in U.A.E

Must be able to join immediately.

Responsibilitie

• Make sure that you must be well groomed and maintain the high standard of personal hygiene.
• Check the mise-en-place inside the restaurant.
• Ensures service stations are properly staffed and equipped to render service to the guest. This includes proper supplies of glassware, cutlery, chinaware, linen, menu, condiments and side stand supplies.
• Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the restaurant.
• Responsible for cleaning the tables, chairs and restaurant.
• Ensures that all guests are welcomed, seated and thanked on departure.
• Advice and recommends food & beverage choices to guests.
• Recommends promoting up selling and take order form the guest, follows up and ensure that this is carried out to the last detail.
• Ensure that full knowledge of food menu, wine menu and beverage menu of the utmost importance to guide your customers through their choices.
• Makes sure that the highest quality standards of operation in accordance with restaurant service procedures.
