Job Description:

Spring Homes Real Estate is currently seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
• Provide information about our real estate services, promotions, and offers.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested clients.
• Maintain a record of calls made and customer details for follow-up.
• Achieve set targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
