Capital Engineering is seeking a skilled Accountant to join its team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in import and export accounting, inventory control, and logistics operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities efficiently.
This role is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who is familiar with UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and inventory management. Immediate joiners with relevant experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import and export accounting activities.
• Handle accounts, stores, and logistics operations.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock accounting.
• Process purchase and sales transactions, invoices, payments, receivables, and payables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Generate accurate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of import and export accounting.
• Experience in accounts, stores, and logistics management.
• Hands-on experience with inventory and stock accounting.
• Familiarity with purchase, sales, invoicing, receivables, and payables.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting practices and VAT.
