Description:
Paris Corner is seeking an accomplished Director of Finance, Performance & Transformation to lead its Finance and Accounting function in Dubai. This senior leadership role is designed for an experienced finance professional who can drive financial excellence, strengthen governance, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, business performance, compliance, and finance transformation while providing strategic financial insights to senior management. This role also focuses on developing scalable financial systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting key commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Finance and Accounting strategy and oversee daily financial operations.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Oversee manufacturing cost analysis and financial performance.
• Supervise procurement from a financial and cost management perspective.
• Support commercial negotiations with financial expertise.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Build scalable finance systems and governance frameworks to support future business growth.
Requirements:
