Requirement:

• Minimum of 6-7 years of IT Technical Experience
• knowledge of the overall ICM module of Oracle Cloud CX
• Enrich experience in handling the team Technically
• Sound knowledge of Informatics (ETL) & Oracle BI/Analytics
• Understanding of Integrations between different systems.
• Have experience in handling teams working from different locations
• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Fixing in sync with product development and support
