Avantgarde Care Medical is expanding its team and seeking a Product Specialist / Clinical Specialist to support its innovative surgical solutions, including Clozex Wound Closures and Anzen Surgical Blades. This role offers an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals interested in medical devices and clinical support functions.
The selected candidates will work closely with surgeons and hospital teams across multiple regions in the UAE. The role involves providing clinical demonstrations, supporting operating room activities, and assisting in expanding new business accounts within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend operating room (OR) procedures and provide clinical product support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Deliver clinical education and training to healthcare professionals.
• Develop new accounts and support business development activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital departments and medical staff.
• Support sales and clinical teams in achieving growth targets.
Requirements:
• UAE-based experience is mandatory.
• Background in medical, biomedical, or healthcare-related field.
• Exposure to departments such as Emergency, Plastic Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, or OB-GYN is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in clinical environments and support surgical teams.
