Job Opportunity in Dubai – Senior HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Dubai. If you have a passion for human resources, a proven track record in managing recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance in a leadership role, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance in a leadership position in HR.
• Industry Preference: Retail or F&B experience is a must.
• Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of UAE employment law.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong time management and personal efficiency.
• Education: A background in Psychology will be preferred.
• Nationality Preference: Egyptian, Syrian, or Lebanese candidates are encouraged to apply.
