Description:

Hiring Senior Accountant.

Reporting to: General Manager – Accounts and Finance.

Location: Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure proper and accurate books of accounts are maintained in a timely manner.
• To ensure all statutory, regulatory and audit related compliances are addressed promptly and where required queries are handled in consultation with the reporting Manager.
• To provide MIS and reports at agreed frequency as per advise of Management.
• To interact and respond with various project site teams and ensure information is either obtained / provided to facilitate the objectives of the Accounts and Finance department.
• To correspond with vendors, service providers and third party agencies to ensure their services are well within the terms of contract and allocated budgets.
• To work with Banks and other financial institutions to ensure payments processing is implemented seamlessly.
• To maintain employee information w.r.t appointments, salary changes, attendance / leave records, payroll cycle, monitoring salary budgets – such that payroll processing is carried out smoothly.
