Sales Representative Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a customer service representative for an upcoming business / aluminum, glass, wood industry in Dubai. This is a full-time role and the candidate will be responsible for providing efficient customer support, submitting applications, escalating and resolving complaints across a number of communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Acknowledging and promptly resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing and transferring orders, forms, applications, and requests to relevant departments.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Job Requirements:
  • The role is based in Dubai, UAE
  • 5 Years of relevant customer care experience in the UAE.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to calmly and quickly resolve queries and provide relevant information as and when requested by the client(s)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the client Benefits:
