Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a sales Manager located in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, providing technical support and solutions to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of construction chemical industry and powder products.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field.
