Real Estate Company in Dubai is currently looking for Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and helping build successful agents
• Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
• Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
• Working on sales scripts with agents
• Setting individual sales targets
• Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly
• Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
• Stay informed on the real estate industry

Requirements:

• Experience is 5+ in the Real Estate field in UAE
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to critically think and problem-solve
• Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
• Knowledge of real estate sales process, local property regulations
• Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the property market
• Valid driver license and car (preferably)
