Job Title: Sales Executive in Lubricant division
- Location : Dubai, UAE
- UAE Experience: 2-5 years UAE
- UAE License: Mandatory
- Joining: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Lubricants to B2C & B2B customers across the UAE
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2C & B2B customers to achieve sales targets
- Explore sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Assess Customer Requirements & assist in delivering the needs
- Prepare and send accurate price quotations to B2C & B2B customers
- Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers
- Negotiate sales terms, including price and delivery, in line with company guidelines
- Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale, such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profiles
- Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval
- Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager
- Check stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager
- Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, new leads, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand
- Continuously Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities
- Developing the Independent Workshop Channels
- Implementing channel offers and promotions to different channels like Retail, High street, Independent workshops, etc
